By registering an account, placing an order, or using any service provided by Ugadi, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Ugadi, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Products & Pricing
- All products, prices, discounts and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Images shown are for representation purposes; actual product may vary slightly.
- We try our best to keep prices accurate, but errors may occur. In such cases we may cancel the order and notify you.
5. Orders & Delivery
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather or high demand.
- You must provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address.
- Free delivery may apply on orders above a certain amount (currently ₹199) as displayed in the app.
6. Payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm.
- For UPI payments, you agree to complete the payment as instructed after placing the order.
- Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within a reasonable time for online methods.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched, subject to our approval.
- In case of damaged, missing or wrong items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting details.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed as per our refund policy and applicable payment method.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, post harmful content, or engage in any activity that disrupts our services or harms other users.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs and software related to Ugadi are the property of Ugadi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ugadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
